Hi, I’m Kenny, a New York City based personal trainer, movement specialist, and former stunt performer.
My approach to training is rooted in simplicity. At it’s core, it’s built on four principles:
Restore Natural Movement. We’ve drifted away from the way our bodies were designed to move due to sedentary lifestyles and poor exercise habits. The first step is reclaiming that foundation.
Understand that weight training is one piece of the puzzle. Lifting weights matters, but true fitness is the ability to move with less constriction, more control, and more confidence. Weight training alone does not make one move well. If over-done, it can hinder movement.
Recognize that aesthetics are a byproduct. When protein, carb, fat intake and calorie deficits are understood and practiced consistently, along with training, the physique follows.
Define real fitness correctly. Real fitness means developing strength, power, flexibility, mobility, stability, balance, stamina, endurance, reflexes, and (my personal favorite) aerial awareness. This builds a body that is capable, adaptable, and prepared for anything.
We’re all born with a natural blueprint for how the body is meant to move. Through intentional practice, we restore it, expand it, and develop real physical confidence.

Customized programming if away
